In Boulder Colorado, can two caregivers with 5 patients each run out of the same industrial zoned warehouse?

I don't know about Colorado, but it's ok in Cali. My bosses and I are getting ready to combine our scripts and go balls out on a 396 plant provider operation. There is a proposed 600,000 square foot warehouse in which the owner is planning to lease growing space to multiple growers. Hope it works out in Boulder for you. Good Luck!:jointsmile:

Where you at? We're definitely going to need some help if we want to spend any time with our families! I can't wait to walk into that flower room when we're a couple weeks from harvest! :)

I'm interested as well. I live in Sonoma County. How much is he charging per square foot? Do you know?

I don't think he's really looking to lease space as much as utilize it for production and distribution to dispensaries. We'll definitely need experienced bud-tenders though.

As always I will refer you to your local A.S.A. and Norml Chapters... and tell you its better to ask lawyer then people on message boards...

One thing to look at is the federal penalty for going over 100 plants which I think is a harsher if it comes to that...(god forbid...) I could be wrong...???
