CF & EC Questions?

Is the EC of 1.3 - 1.7 good? I use R.O. water and i'm kinda curious as to whats normal. The CF is from 13-17 hows that, normal?
Any help would be helpful
I am using a DWC setup and the PH is normal.. I'm also using a 600 watt HPS
