Can anyone identify this problem?

I need help please. hoping my plants are not ruined this is my second attempt at growing and I am so close to a good grow, but i sprayed I think a little to much nutrient spray this is like the sixth week of flowering and my fan leaves are dying off you can see the brown spots in the middle of the fan leaves, my buds are still full of trichomes and intact but all the fan leaves are yellowing and browning in the middle.

Is this normal? If it is a problem how do i correct it? should i harvest my plants now?

yes your leaves look burnt.... I would continue to let it flower and remove most of the heavily damaged leaves... just give them pure water to help correct it. best of luck....

Yes, i was using Beastie Bloomz and molasses

1 tablespoon of molasses to a gallon and beastie blooms was doin this at least once a week.

I have heard differing opinions on this, but molasses, while being a great addition to your soil in small quantities, can also harm your plants with larger quantities. I use 1 tsp per gallon, and this seems to be the consensus on how much to use. I would try a heavy flushing with clear water, then let the soil dry for a while (maybe 3-4 days if it is over 70 during the day where you live). Then you can either do another pure water feeding (if the plants do not look better), or try a half strength fert mix with 1/2 tsp of molasses (if they seem like they are recovering). This will give you a nice base to use your full strength ferts before the 2 week flush at the end of this month (for most indicas and hybrids)

When you go back to your full strength nute mix, maybe back off on it by just a bit and don't use more than 1-1.5 teaspoons of molasses. Just be sure to keep an eye on them and you may still be able to harvest some good stuff. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Oh, I should add that you may want to feed them some nitrogen too. If you have only been giving them beastie bloom, then they are probably nitrogen deficient. I posted a link to the fox farm feeding schedule. You can see that the Beastie Bloom is really only given during two weeks(7-8) in the middle of the flower stage. It is called a pk spike (p&k being phosphorous and potassium) where large proportions of these two elements are fed to the plants. This is to make sure the roots are really healthy and increase resin production. But you will also see that Grow Big (the nitrogen rich FF Fert) is given at this time as well.

If you have not given much nitrogen to your plants throught the grow cycle, that, along with the pk spike, may be a reason that your leaves are yellowing out and showing signs of necrosis.

First try the flush. If the problem persists then I would add some nitrogen to a good bloom fert (along with some molasses) and see if that helps.

The only time I EVER foliar feed, is if it's to correct a problem or deficiency. (once or twice a year...maybe) Too many bad things can happen, including but not limited to clogging your stoma's, (the plants respiratory system) overfertilizing, leaf damage, stretching or stunting, creating an over-humid condition encouraging molds, interfering with proper photosynthesis...then...if using any teas, there's the chance for bacteria. (salmonella for instance)

When plants are stressing, adding more crap isn't the answer. Flush well, quit the additives for now, stick with your base nutrients per schedule and directions, and what's your ingoing water ph?

For molasses use, 1 tsp per gallon of properly ph'd water, once a week in flower.

Thank you everyone for your insight it is greatly appreciated. I have taken your suggestions they all were totally relevant to my situation. I realize in my excitement of my second attempt I overdid a few things. I actually flushed 2 days before this post, and watered today with some N. Hopefully i can pull some medicine out of these grows. I currently have some plants in Veg. i think what i have learned from these 2 attempts the 3rd should be successful, thank u so much for the input.
