So i ordered seeds from AMS and i recieved about 4 weeks later in their envelope a letter saying the seeds were removed as a schedule I or II drug. The items are seized are controlled substances in Schedule I or II of the TItle 21 of the US code Section 812, no further correspondance will be issued to you. The items are considered constraband and are immediatly forfeited to the US.

Damn.... it happens. Don't sweat it though, it's not like they are going to come knocking on your door. Try again later with another credit card and try sending it to an alternate address? *Shrugs.*

Well you shouldnt be sending the seeds to the address where your room is to begin with... to completely avoid situations like this exact one. They most likely wont be looking into it unless you ordered hundreds of seeds or something crazy... but you cant ever be sure.

Hope you didnt lose too much cash on the order. Goodluck with your next order.

Ask Amsterdam Marijuana seeds co for a replacement. ha ha ha... They'll send you a form letter saying (among other things) how you are probably just trying to take advantage of their "great" service as they self describe.

You should have searched. AMS is the worst!

it happens from time to time. I was thinking for a while that customs was on to something as I have been hearing more about these cases, however i think now that having done the research I feel nothing new is happening and from time to time people just get fucked. They inevitably come here to complain and console so everyone gets alerted. I dont think you have anything to worry about. I have heard of these letters before and they usually include something about no follow up necessary. Customs is in the seizing business these days not in the arresting business.

AMS is attitude right? I hear Attitude is the worst when it comes to seizures.

Not sure if this matters, but a few months ago I was gifted some Jedi (J41) genetics that were purchased from BCSeeds.com, and went to check for growing tips and heritage. The site is no longer on the web. He claims to be gone for the summer, but he did list a link to his new affiliate...AmsterdamMarijuanaSeeds (http://www.amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com). BCSeeds.com is/was a rip-off atrist, and his genetics are quite suspect...if not downright garbage. Is this the same website?

About a month ago I shot an e-mail over warning AMS about the discredited scumbag (BCSeeds) linking to them, and when they replied, they mentioned that they are aware of the link on his website, as they are now affiliated. :wtf:

I wouldn't frequent ANY site assisting BCSeeds in their quest to screw the customers with bullshit claims and sub-par genetics. Especially at $1900.00 for 20 seeds. But, I'm not even sure that the two websites are actually two different companies.

Might not have even been a notice from the post office. You sure it's legit?

Doubtful anyone should be frequenting AMS, if these suspicions are valid.

How much $ did they take you for?
