FALSE ADVERTISING - WARRANTIES NOT HONORED - IGNORED EMAILS - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:
The vaporizer I purchased was comparable in price to other sites but Vaporizers.com offered freebies - $30 sharpstone grinder, $10 aluminum stash jar, extra silicone tubing and stir sticks. It would have been a great deal if Vaporizers.com actually honored their promotion but those "freebies" never arrived.
The heating element on my vaporizer is apparently defective so I contacted them via email to verify the return process (one day after receiving order). Vaporizers.com states they will honor warranties on defective products and promises 100% satisfaction with every order.
I sent a second and third email, both extremely polite, with no response. I called their toll-free number during business hours and was greeted by a recording.
Ten days after placing my order, I'm stuck with a defective vaporizer and $200+ charge on my credit card.
Vaporizers.com has a professional looking site with Trust Guard seals, multiple forms of contact info and enticing offers for free merchandise. Unfortunately, their pretty site can't mask terrible customer service. Vaporizers.com is only concerned about initial sales NOT repeat business.
Your personal experience with Vaporizers.com may vary but when you're spending $150-400 on a vaporizer, I strongly suggest you consider another dealer.
