I am brewing 250 gallons of blood meal, bat guano, seabird guano, mychorhizzae, bone meal, and shellfish meal in my barn. This stuff is stinking up the whole farm. I brewed it for about a week before I fed it to the ladies. It stunk so bad I almost didnt give it to them. I went ahead and fed them this horrible witches brew and they LOVED IT!

Has anyone brewed organic fertilizer? Is this stuff supposed to smell like something died?

I dumped two thousand Big Red night crawlers in the raised beds before I pumped them full of this foul juice. I swear they grew a foot in 2 days. I will post some pictures tommorrow.

They are:

Blue Dream
Headband
Ocean Grown Kush ( Not Original Gangsta, for all you jackasses out there)
Afgooey
Sour Diesel
NYC Diesel
Train Wreck
LA Confidential
Co Cough
Blueberry
Grandaddy Purp
S.A.G.E.
Bubba Kush
Sweet Tooth x Skunk 1
God Bud x Dreamweaver
Jack Herer

This is not a dispensary ad.

Another really good additive for that tea would be Norwegian Ascophyllum Nodosum-or Norwegian sea kelp

Kelp Meal (auxin)
Two new auxins, as yet unidentified, but unlike any of the known indolyl-acetic acid types, were also discovered in 1958 in the Laminaria and Ascophyllum seaweeds used for processing into dried seaweed meal and liquid extract. These auxins have been found to encourage the growth of more cells -- in which they differ from more familiar types of auxin which simply enlarge the cells without increasing their number. One of the auxins also stimulates growth in both stems and roots of plants, and in this differs from indolyl-acetic acid and its derivatives, which cause cells to elongate but not to divide. The balanced action of this seaweed auxin has not been found in any other auxin." taken from the hashassain's post @ icmag..

this stuff can work some magic.. look into it

and yes organic compost teas smell like death- but it's made with dead animals, shit, bacteria ect.. so what can you really expect??

Fox Farm Ocean Forest. It was expensive. I loaded it down with compost tea full of mycorrhizzae and Natures Necture N, P,& K. I also gave it BioBizz Top Max with General Organics CalMag a few times.100% organic over here. Everything I use is OMRI. The big reds make thousands of tunnels in the soil which allow oxygen and water to flow in. they also eat the organic fertilizers that the plants cant absorb. the worms shit it out in to a liquid form that the mycorrhizzae bacteria can absorb and transfer to their host (the roots) in exchange for secretions of sugar released from the roots. I dump ladie bugs in to the greenhouse and spray Neem on a weekly basis to fight the critters.

Thanks Funk. Is sea kelp ok to use during flowering? i noticed it has a high N ratio. Where is it sold? I will go pick some up tommorrow. Like I said Im brewing this in a 250 gallon tote tank so I cant really go to Way To Grow and pay retail without going broke. :D

I came a little when I saw your pics. Your work is amazing, your efforts are quite obvious, and anyone who has access to your medicine is lucky for sure.

As a new grower, I only hope to one day replicate what you're doing.

Nice!

I believe there is another kind of kelp digitaria laminarius that they use in rooting products and bloom products.. Good work many those are some trees!

Age old sells dried versions of kelp, but if you got to peaceful valley supply you will find everything you need for next season, in bulk and more affordable because you can buy the raw material..Any reputable hydro shop should have kelp meal..
