Why is ok if a person pops positive for RX narcotics but its not ok for someone to pop postive for MEDICAL Cannabis?

its not ok but the employers make that decision.Sounds like you did not pass that drug test.I had seen on one of your posts that you were tiring for job.

Because Marijuana is not Federally recognized as drug with a valid medical purpose and is classified as a Schedule 1 Drug.

A doctor can legally refuse to continue to prescribe narcotics/Schedule 2 drugs to you if you use/test positive for MMJ.

folks using both MMJ and prescription drugs under pain contracts may also be in for a bumpy ride with HMO's who are looking to deny coverage and bennies to MMJ users.

We are under attack.

Us veterans just got lucky with that va says that it is ok to prescribe to us in states that have MMJ laws.
