Hi

I have been growing a plant indoors and it's about 30cm high, it's sitting by a window and gets lots of natural sunlight and air circulation, at the moment it's growing quite well and the top leaves are nice and green.

I feed it with just water at the moment.

My problem is that the lower bottom leaves are turning yellow and starting to die.

What is this likely to be?

I have attached some photos

Thanks

For someone to help you, you need to tell us what kind of soil you used, & how much and how often you're watering. It could also be ph related. That's one reason why we need to know about the soil. Something is definitely wrong for a large fan leaf to go yellow when the plant is that young. If it were outdoors, I'd tell you to look for bites on the leaves, as this is often caused outdoors by the Six Spotted Leafhopper, also known as the Aster Leafhopper, spreading a phytoplasma disease to plants called Aster Yellows, but I seriously doubt that's what you're experiencing, and good thing, as there's no cure for it.

1/4 strength miracle grow. and alot more light is a start. What type soil? Looks over watered and soon to be root locked in that small container. Only water when dirt is dried out. Only feed every other watering. but get it under more light.
