You're paying for a referral?
No reason.
Just go to one of the MMJ doctors directly and bend over and spend your $200.
There's lots of them out there and soon to be alot more.

I believe they mean authorization. I paid THCF in advance before I got mine. I got a discount for advance payment. $180.00 :D
