I'm very curious, about 2 years ago i was involved in a hit and run accident. In the event of this accident i suffered from a TMJ injury which is in your jaw. It is a muscle injury that never gets better, they try to medicate it with 800mg IBUPROFIN but it never works for me. It VERY often flares up as it has cause grinding and other symptoms. The doctors have all diagnosed me and pretty much said there's nothing they can do, it is a life long injury. would this injury be considered intractable pain?

I believe it should. Try using some cannabis, or maybe you have. If it works, tell a doctor. You can find one on this forum.

I've had excellent results using a topical, for localized neuropathy, as has the volunteer test panel and patients.

That is what I personally would try first.

Iā??ve also experienced and observed the same positive results with my sublingual for general pain relief.

I use them both.

Both of mine are based on honey oil extracted using either butane or alcohol.

If you are interested, check out my post under concentrates for Holy Anointing Oil, and Holy Shit.

Make an appointment. I'm sure they know why you are coming. Take your records and call and find out their procedure.

Spoke with Gil today, and he said:

$ 200 bucks and he doesn't do over 15/24 because of the mower/reed case in mason co. showed him patients who go over 15/24 must have some serious medical issues with serious documentation....

In otherwords, he felt it could jeopardize the patients and his med. lic. to go over the baseline...

Someone forgot to tell him it is now a prescription in wa....my bad.

He is not fond of the dibs either.

TMJ will probably not be able to be used for as an excuse due to the fact that there are some very good physical therapists that can treat it. You need migranes!

I do not know requirments for a mmj card but I do know this-I have TMJ issues had a condylodomy in 1986- a surgery no longer performed due to future complications- TMJ can be totally dehabilitating- have spent days in bed due to pain- no physical therapy can help - as a matter of fact - 2 other patients of my TMJ doc committed suicide due to extreme pain-if you can not get a MMJ card for TMJ I would be very surprised and dissapointed
