How We Looking?

So I have had a couple decent grows in the past and this is my current grow. I started my White Widows in Rapid Rooters on the 14th so it has been 12 days now. Basically, I just want you guys to see how they are looking. Also any advice or recommendations would be awesome as I want this to be the best grow I have done yet.

looks good. Don't forget to simmer after bringing to a hard boil. Just set the burners to 375....do this now....now I said....did you do it yet?
