hello every one im new here, just lookin for some helpfull advice/tips .im doing an all organic soil grow in 2 4x4x7 ft tall (16 sq ft) grow tents under fan cooled 1000w hps each. i have a seperate area for veg under blue 54w t5's. how many plants should i put for maximum yield in a 4x4 tray? i dont have a ton of head room to grow em tall so i figured more plants would be better and just keep em smaller. i was thinking either 9 , 12 , or 16 plants per 4x4 tray leaning towards 16 with topping. i just want the most out of the yield without over restricting the roots. im using general organics nutrients and planning on growing either indica or indica sativa cross. what path would you guys take in this situation. Im a ware that i should expect between .5 and 1g per watt but i figure # of plants, plant height and pruning techniques should affect the max yield. thanks ahead of time for any help. very much appreciated.

About 18 to 24" space between plants aught to do it. Past that, check out some grow logs for tent's. Ur lucky, that particular tent has been covered ad nauseum so you aught to have no problems finding grows to mimic. Lots to consider here. Ventilation, lighting, heat, humidity, medium, nutrients, watering schedule, plant size, yield, time, investment, legalities, and that's enough to get my point across. Check out some grow logs from people who have already posted every last detail of every day regarding a particular species or in your case, a particular grow space. Have fun with your grow. You'll love it.
