Question on getting a recommendation

I am worried about approaching my regular Doctor about getting a recommendation for MM, that because I am on SSDI, disability. I have some pains in my right wrist due to years of data entry work and I am sensitive enough to light that I get migraines. Anybody have an opinion or experiences with MM Doctors in colorado to give me a clue. I had a MM card in california some years ago.

look in westword and craigslist. ask who the doctor is, if they are fully licensed, un-sanctioned, and then google them to make sure you don't find trouble. should be 150 or less.
