Well After recieving the wrong order and being promised by the attitude seed bank they would make it right. I have got nothing but a run around. In july i recieved an incorrect order . then after doing the required infor requested by the attitude. they sent me an email saying they would re-ship my order correctly. Well i have yet to recieve the replacements.When i contacted them they acted like they didnt know what i was talking about .Saying i recived my order, then asking to resend info again. then lieing telling me they never sent e-mail on 8-3-10 stating my replacement order would be shipped in 3 days. I sent them the e-mail they sent me about my order dispatching to prove to them. So now they are ignoring me. O also recieved an e-mail from them saying they would send with my next order. That was somwhere in the mix. How can they promise with an e-mail then try to back out. No fair and im taking buisness elsewhere. Just want what i paid for. Attitude your customer service is very poor. And i feel for anyone who has to deal with them. Please consider this when you are looking to purchace your next round of seeds........ The attitude seedbank has lost the attitude.

Give seedboutique.com a try. They have done very well by me. I've done four orders and never a mistake, always quality genetics and always a quality bonus pack in the shipment.

some companies are not correcting order problems because of the they feel they might be getting ripped off.

Because of my own security concerns, I send seedboutique cash. They process my order after receiving cash via the mail. They could easily rip me off but never have. Of course you can place your order with credit card too which is what most opt for but for me, the cash options is golden.

Harrybuzz, I strongly disagree. I'd bet the reason they don't correct orders is because they mess them up so often and pack so poorly that they don't care and/or can't afford to make it right and just say screw it. I'd bet money on that if I could be a fly on the wall in their place.

AMS, Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds failed to get the seeds to the US, probably because they put nothing else in the package. Customs would have left anything else except the seeds and there was nothing else in it. Even offered to show them the letter and special resealing tape. They as much called customer a liar and a thief trying to get more seeds for free, never answered several questions, and wanted MORE MONEY in CASH to send again. When asked what extra security measures would be taken (even offered to pay even more extra!) they said that was not possible. They have serious communication problems and generlly don't seem to give a shit.

Hey, at least you got SOMETHING! If you want even worse delivery and service try AMS. You'll probably get nothing but an empty envelope, a letter with a case number, and get called a liar and thief for your money and troubles. Oh, and they cost twice the price as Nirvana.
When asked why Nirvana can get the job done the first time and AMS can't.......... Crickets........
