Just curious what the standard is concerning dispensary and grower. Is the grower responsible for all the costs associated with the grow, such as utilities, rent, opcl license, and all materials needed to produce the meds?

If grower has secured the building with proper zoning, does the dispensary need to be on the lease as well? Who should have possesion of the plant husbandry permit, who pays for the opcl, grower or dispensary?

What is the fair market value for a lb of AAA meds produced by the grower who's responsible for all the costs to produce the meds.

It would be nice to know from the dispensary owners on this site what kind of arrangements you've made with your grower. I feel as though I've been seriously taken advantage of in the rush to get in compliance with HB 1284.

Peace!:wtf:
