Editing signature and theme?

How do you edit your signature? I seriously cant figure this out. Plus, I've noticed you can change your theme, I'm not entirely sure if it is called a theme but I want to be able to change the original theme of the board, to this (click here) (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/187158-trouble-2-week-old-seedlings-help-please.html), beggars can't be choosers but please be descriptive.

First, click on User CP at the top of the page. This will bring you to your account page. All the edit tabs are located on the left side of the page under Control Panel.

As far as the theme.... I believe that the different sections of the forum(Growing, Drug testing, Politics, etc) use different colors to designate that sectionl and this is chosen by the Administrator. Mods, correct me if I'm wrong.

I've clicked on the user cp tons of times, what part is editing the signature under? I click on each one over and over and I seriously can't find a section that allows me to do this. I do have adblock plus enabled in my browser, maybe this is causing problems?
