Best strains for RA?

Does anyone smoke to relieve pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis? If so what strains would you suggest? Moderate stages of RA and getting worse, the Embrel helps.

I have psoriatic, and strong sativia's seem to do me best, but I also have other pain issues that could have impact. I prefer to stay away from the indica side of things until late in the day when I am ready to relax or sleep.
