Hi everyone,
New to growing, however I have put a lot of time into reading and preparing for what is to happen these next months. With that said, I know most of the basics (at least in theory; the practice is that my seed has not sprouted yet, though I just did put them in earlier today). I know many people use HPS/MH for their grows, however I am currently using CFL (mostly because of budget), however I do have a sun lamp that is used for winter months to act as the sun when it is too cold to go outside. Would this be helpful to my growing plants, or harmful?
