Used HIPA Health Information Privacy Act as an argument not to sign new policy on random drug testing and it worked. :rasta:

Could you elaborate on that? I didn't see anywhere in that law that could help me fight my employer on random testing. Are the results of the test considered private and the employer does not have the right to review the results?

Not being tested or anything but I love knowing all my rights and how to use them.

Please explain further. I'm already not allowed to use my MS as the basis for my usage and if I can include HIPPA I'd like to know how
