Yes, there have been better cannabis inititiatives in the past, including the late Jack Herer's, may he rest in peace, which many, including myself, consider to be the holy grail of all cannabis inititatives. but, that one is not on the ballot in Nov. there have been hundreds of cannabis inititives in California over the past 30 years or so but none of them ever got eneough signatures to make the ballot. This one has. It can win.

12). It empowers counties. If you live in a county that will not likey legalize non medical sales . . tuff titty. go to your city council meetings and demand change but don't vote no because your a whiny little pussy.

13). It was written this way to ensure that it will survive any legal challanges. Unlike 215, this is more constitutional in the way the power and authority is left at the local level.

actually that is incorrect, too. the courts have ruled that the second ammendment rights do not apply to cannabis cultivators. although, one could assume that our first amendment right to believe, or not, in god does still apply. :thumbsup: lol. :rastasmoke:

I had read something saying that if Cannabis were legal, Dupont among many other corporations would stand to lose millions, if not billions because their patents on synthetic oil would fail to the natural oils from the Cannabis seed.
