1). cannabis laws suck.
2). we could all meet in Oaksterdam in Nov and smoke one for freedom. . . legally :s4:
3). everyone should legally grow their own, it is the right thing to do. and its fun. :hippy:

4). end the medical databases and lists forever. may they rest in pieces.

5). will add some good healthy competition to the market place, may the best bud win.

okay, I'll let someone else take over now. :greenthumb:

That right is guaranteed by The Bill of Rights, not "god" lol.

CA can not charge you with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony if there is no felony. Keep within your limits and have all the legal guns you want.

Not according to the Ninth Circuit. maybe you can site some legal cases?

11). It is on the ballot in Nov. This prop is a compromise, no doubt. If your 18 and your voting no because its 21 and over then my advice to you is ... grow up. Yes, there have been better cannabis inititiatives in the past, including the late Jack Herer's, may he rest in peace, which many, including myself, consider to be the holy grail of all cannabis inititatives. but, that one is not on the ballot in Nov. there have been hundreds of cannabis inititives in California over the past 30 years or so but none of them ever got eneough signatures to make the ballot. This one has. It can win.

12). It empowers counties. If you live in a county that will not likey legalize non medical sales . . tuff titty. go to your city council meetings and demand change but don't vote no because your a whiny little pussy.

13). It was written this way to ensure that it will survive any legal challanges. Unlike 215, this is more constitutional in the way the power and authority is left at the local level.

That right is guaranteed by The Bill of Rights, not "god" lol.

actually that is incorrect, too. the courts have ruled that the second ammendment rights do not apply to cannabis cultivators. although, one could assume that our first amendment right to believe, or not, in god does still apply. lol. :rastasmoke:

The main reason i want to vote YES, is to end the misinformation 0ur Nation has to put up with due to the rich bastards in the oil and pharmaceutical industries, dragging Cannabis through the mud, for reasons none other than to keep reaping hundreds of millions in profit to keep 'their product' at the top of the food chain!

This bullshit needs to end, & I pray that America... The Land of The Free & Home of The Brave wakes up from the nightmare that the greedy, rich, elitists want to create on the shores of FREEDOM!

May God Bless Us All,

That's nothin, it is my "God given right" to go plinkin with an eighth of Sharks Breath and a fifth of Jack Daniels!

Or maybe it was the Devil who told me? Hell, I don't know. Whatever- if it ain't a right it should be.

I think Boaz doesn't live in Kali anymoe though. Moved to some hicksville somewhere east.

the greddy and rich are guuna profit quite nicely from legal marijuana

for the privlidge of growing for others... in cali $220,000 in DC $200,000 for a facility...only the rich can afford to grow for others...its all about money..not helping others

I currently help about 50 patients without permission...alls they are doing is driving MMJ underground....its cheaper and better quality

1 reason to vote yes...

it will frigggin be legal so stop the bs... all you money makers need to find a better way to make income!!! like get a dam job..

i will laugh so hard if the no vote passes it will just be so dam funny...

all you no voters are stupid ass people who are greedy sob's grow the hell up.

you people have no common sence at all

if its gets voted yes and you dont like the rules that come with it then stop smoking it,growing it what ever you do with it......

there are other people like 75% of the people here who have been waiting very long time for it to become legal......

i wish they would take away the medical pot because then everyone will be voting yes...

greedy people are dumb...!

Actually it was Dupont that started it all.

& You KNOW (http://www2.dupont.com/Clean_Technologies/en_US/uses_apps/oil.html) this.... MAN!

--smokey

I had read something saying that if Cannabis were legal, Dupont among many other corporations would stand to lose millions, if not billions because their patents on synthetic oil would fail to the natural oils from the Cannabis seed. Plus... just think that the VERY 1st Model-T ran off hemp-oil (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemp#Fuel). Could you imagine the smell of rushhour?
