hermies?

Hi Guys..great to find an Irish cannabis forum.first time grower here using cfls indoors
So I planted some bagseed (was really good smoke) and have 6 plants growing.I'm about 20 days into flowering and they all seem to be showing signs of being female.Did I get lucky or are they all hermies? I cant see any male preflowers but I was told they might arrive later.
What do you think? and if they are hermies does that mean they're no good? and finally is there anything I can do about it? (such as removing the male flowers)

some pics would help. if the are hermies it's not the end of the world just try and remover as many male parts as you can, the buds won't fill out as much as they would if they were'nt but weed is weed.
what are they looking like indica or sativa?
how many watts do you have on them?
are you using nutes?
