I've used nirvana-shop around 5 times with no problem. I use whitewidowseeds once and get a nice note from customs in my opened package saying that marijuana seeds were seized. It says no further correspondance is required but i hope I don't get on any funky list. Time to just get clones from my local hookup. Damn, wish I could trust buying seeds anymore, gotta take whatever I can get now.

Was it the Port of Chicago, U.S. Customs Post Office?

Can we open this topic up a bit, op? Where did the package come from, what customs office and what state was it going too? What kind of package was it? A brown manila envelope with a cd case inside? Customs label indicated what? Information purposes only?

I'm wondering if they aren't looking for our packaging type in the mail or if you just happened upon a curios inspector. Glad to hear no further correspondence is needed though. That does sound like good news for you sir. With respect to what your probably most concerned with, I wouldn't worry too much. I think if they were interested in you, the note would have included more instructions or verbiage about were coming after u so don't run. LOL

Heck, for all u know the customs guy might have landed on a huge score and is gonna let you know in 12 weeks how your purchase is doing. If it were me, I would source a new company and attempt a new delivery address at least for a while anyway. No reason to stir the pot so soon after a close call since you have no idea what the target is. It could be random, the seed company or even you. Mix it up a bit and try again. U'll b fine.

Another order came from Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds, package had no customs label, small tan bubble lined envelope, had no other item in the package as customs (seems) to only take the item that is not allowed and leaves the rest in the package. It was supposed to go to the New Mexico area. The envelope was resealed with green tape "Ex@mined by c@st@ms and b@rder pr@tecti@n" and the ominous letter was the only thing in the envelope.

Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds sent a form letter saying everyone was to blame except them. If interested I can probably copy/paste the letter. This form letter even had the balls to accuse the customer of lieing to fraud them out of free seeds! They offered to send again if customer will pay in cash double the original shipping prices but when asked exactly how they would pack the items and asked will it be safer than the first time....... Answer was NOTHING, they quit emailing and are keeping the $220 payment!

AMS thinks the customer is a liar and thief because they got the package lost due to poor packing, no customs label, and no other item inside the package along with the seeds. Others can do it, why not AMS for twice the price?????????? :S4:

Yes, why do you ask?

It (lost seeds) must happen to them so frequently often that instead of modifying their system, they just made a form letter to deflect all blame to the post office, government, the customer himself even, etc. I just wanted to warn about their "good services" as they describe themselves. Here is the accusatory form letter:

Dear Customer,

If you live in a country where it is not allowed to recieve genetics you must be aware of the risk of interception by local authorities!

We can no longer send replacements to customers for free.
We are very sorry about it, it was one of the services we were proud on.

Since all borders of \"threatened\" countries are inspected very secure,
it is very difficult to send genetics to countries where seeds are considered to be a threat or illigal.

It is also possible that our customers (who had a replacement for free) tell others about our good services
and that a lot of people make disadvantage of this, so it is impossible for us to send any replacements for free.

If you would like to pay 15 euro for the shipping cost, we will send you an order replacement with REGISTERD MAIL.

Here are the bank and address details to sent money for your replacement to. (replacements are not going thru the system, so you can\'t pay by creditcard)

BECAUSE OF EXTREME HIGH FRAUD RISK, WE DO NO LONGER ACCEPT CHEQUE\'S AND MONEY ORDERS.
CHEQUE\'S AND MONEY ORDERS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

(personal and bank info removed to protect the privacy of the bad seller)
