help, first time grow noobi

hey this my first time growing i would like your knowledge and advise
ok first im trying to grow a bag see, dont flame on me thats all i got lol second im using 2 cfls http://www.homedepot.com/Lighting-Fans-Light-Bulbs-Compact-Tube-Fluorescents-Compact-Fluorescents/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xg8Zbmg1Z1z1208w/R-100687004/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053 im only growin one plant do you think thats enough? i just planted a germed plant today with lights 18/6 do you think my set up work? i put the pot 2inches away from the light the lights are right and left of the pot not directly appo. 3 inches so what do you think?

Can't access the HD site now (maintenance?). What is the actual wattage of the bulbs? Kelvin (2700K or 6500K)? Lumens?

Oh damn my bad dude for the bad link they say its 100w and 27 useage the spec is 5500k all spectum daylight with 1400lummes and I have two of them is that any good?

that should be fine for now. i was using 3-26w CFL's for 5 seedlings and they're growing up amazingly. i dont know if it would work out for the whole grow tho. my plants are about 13 days old now and they moving along just fine with the 3 lights. i do plan on adding more soon tho and maybe you should also:thumbsup:

what if i only grow one plant for the whole grow and then for flowering i use 2700k bulbs 27w each? would i be able to harvest? :pimp:

Those lights are only effective 1-3 inches from the plant. Even if growing just one plant, you should have several of those bulbs surrounding the plant. Final yield and quality are very much dependent on how much light you have.

hey i replace well added 4 cfls 27w 6050 lummes together 5000k and 5500k will this work and also i dont even and 1sq foot lol just 10in by 2ft
