I don't really know how this cop would handle a mmj case, but seeing how he handled this incident and then was harassed by fellow cops for telling the truth, I think LEO has lost the kind of officer the people deserve.
I wonder how many LEOs get apoplexy when they read what some say about them here? Rather then having us need dental work, they push the affirmative defense BS just to disrupt our lives knowing they can't get a conviction on the majority of mmj cases because they lie more then tell the truth. :D

I had this same thing happened to me years ago.lol
In a cop car, got punched in the mouth and the fight was on.lol
You give a man a gun and a badge that allows him to do anything he feels like doing and this is the side effect. Its why we need a lot less cops. Its time for people to take care of there own problems and quit calling the cops every time a neighbor farts.

My money says he wins a nice settlement not only from the department but, also from workers comp.....proving retaliation is a huge win...a vancouver cop settled for 1.2 million + comp. a couple yrs back...for the same claims this guy has.:D:cool:

Exactly. We need a hell of a lot less and they need to be called as the last resort. I've never felt safe around any cops since they are usually the ones committing the crimes to begin wih. Plus the slime that drips off them is nasty when it gets on ya.

While I sympathize with the officer as it relates to his concerns of retribution from fellow officers, it ain't like I or a lot others among us haven't been through the same kind of crap.
At one point I was having to check beneath my patrol car before I headed out on patrol to be reasonably certain my car wasn't rigged with explosives- BY SOME OF MY OWN FELLOW OFFICERS!
Only thing I can tell that officer is that he needs to grow a set of balls and go on back out there and do what he needs to do. We all gotta die someday anyways; might as well go out fighting for justice and the rights of the people to be free from tyrannical government bureaucracies such as that which many evolve!
Canā??t fix sh!t within the system if we donā??t go out there and give it a try!
