I suppose eating is the most healthful, followed by vaporizing, with smoking being the worst.

I see. I know smoking from a bong is less dangerous than smoking from paper but by a little or a lot?

I'm not sure how much better bong smoke is than smoke from joints, since you're still burning the marijuana -- but studies have been carried out showing how vaporizers are better than smoking combusted marijuana. MAPS/CaNORML vaporizer and waterpipe studies (http://www.maps.org/mmj/vaporizer.html)

I would have to agree that eating it or drinking it is going to be the safest form of ingestion. The problem that I hear about alot is that it just takes so much product to cook with. The law only allows a certain # of plants(depending on your recommendation) and no more than 8oz of dried, cured product. I'm on my first grow right now so hopefully that will provide enough medicine to cook with. I doubt it this time around since I only have 4 plants going. My recommendation is for 18 plants at any one time. My Dr. recommended using 6 seedlings or clones, 6 vegging, and 6 flowering so that I can harvest 6 plants every month. I'm having trouble finding enough room for what will essentially be 3 grow rooms. So far things are turning out good. I'm only 5 days into 12/12 and am already starting to see some flowers coming on. I definitely want to check into either SOG or SCROG for my next grow. These pics are from week 3. Peace to all!

The one that is suffering so much stretch is an OG Bubblegum Kush. I also have 2 Trainwrecks(my best ladies) and a White Widow. The white widow is doing ok and even though OG is stretching(BTW, I topped her @ wk2), she has quite a few bud sites and smells potent.:stoned:
