Looking for MMJ consultant/advisor

Looking for a consultant/advisor to assist in properly establishing a legitimate nonprofit dispensary on the east coast (WA, ME, RI, VT, NJ). We are particularly interested in NJ but there are still a lot of unanswered questions regarding the laws and regulations in that state. We come from a pharmaceutical background and have experienced first hand what long term use of chemicals have done to a lot of our patients.
