I have a hair test coming up for a job. I have been clean for ten weeks now, and the test wont be for another four to five weeks. I plan on using the gerry g. method. However bout three weeks ago I help my buddy trim up bout a dozen plants he grew for himself after six hours of trimming my hands were covered in resin so bad I had to pull the shears away from my fingers. My question is could i have contaminated myself just by handling the plants. or do I have to ingest the resin to get it in my system and hair
