So right now I'm in Texas but I am for sure moving after my next college semester. Here are my questions.
A: How effective is the care giver system at connecting growers with clientele?
B: I am aware that laws are slightly different from county to county so, what are some of the more liberal counties?
C: Are there any counties that will enforce federal law over state law?
D: I am pretty sure that the only dispensary is in Dryden. Does anyone have have info on future dispensaries openings or counties that will allow them to function now or in the future?
E: How hard is it to find a doctor to recommend the MMMP as a treatment option?
F: If there are two patients in the same household can they both function as caregivers to 5 patients a piece for a total of 10?
Thank you in advance for any information that will help me find a better understanding of the MMMP from the patient perspective.

A: there is no caregiver system per se, you have to find your own caregiver.
B: i live in ingham county, it has several dispensaries.
C: not sure.
D: see answer for B. also you could call one of the compassion clubs listed and they could give you more information.
E: there are clinics all over the state that will issue a recommendation.
F: not sure.

Finding Docs isn't a problem. Finding places that will let you grow it is. I would suggest Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. AA has always had a lenient attitudue toward pot.
A couple can grow for 10 patients at 12/patient and for themselves if they can get certified. In that case you an even gross of plants.

What about Lansing? I read that there are a few dispensaries there and that would be my ultimate goal to open one up. Also the MMMA is based in Lansing. I also read that on dispensary is just 2 guys, 1 armed, in a room selling weed out of a box. I want to do it professionally.

the law allows you to grow it. If you are referring to landlords who are not letting you grow it, do a stealth grow. Or are you referring to something else?

i beleav anything over 99 plants will get the feds called (this is my opinion from reading up on how things work in cal)...but to be completely honest i think laws will change this year alot around what is and what is not aloud so an answer you get now might be completely different by the time you move...but imo despincerys will have rules along the lines of x amount per county unless the county votes them out of that county (there is bound to be one or two "dry" county)
