This bill by Sen Webb (Va) is desperately needed, and while the commission is at it, they should audit all of the so-called Nets run by LEOs that have not had one eye of oversight during their reign of terror. Let's face it, cops are humans too, and just like the missing defense funds from Iraq, there is money and property missing with these Nets too. Get 'er done!! :thumbsup:
