Well, it seems their is an asshole neighbor in the neighborhood. It seems that they think they are being cute and know something that someone is trying to hide. But, I now wonder if Qwest is missing any display items since one of these seem to be pretty hard to get. I think I will have to send the photo and a couple more to Qwest!!! What an asshole. :D

No, but it does face the property and the same person drives over to another part of their property that overlooks the property here and just stares when ever anyone is out there. Especially afternoons and weekends. He is also suspected of trespassing when no one is here. :wtf:

This same sick, mentally deranged individual discharged a shotgun after coaxing one of the dogs here over to him on one area of the property line, and before he discharged the shotgun, he took off the dog's choke chain collar and we saw him toss it over the privacy fence. No front yard to speak of. Its property set back from the road. No public view, just neighbors who peer and stare over the privacy fence where the ground is higher and they can peer over the fence. first you need to post your property w/NO TRESPASSING signs then go get one of those security cam sets that has recordable hard drive and just wait for him to trip over himself...you know if this guy is this anal he is more than likely trespassing for real and if you can catch him on camera...print a photo....then watch who shits when the police visit him for trespassing, violating posted private property...me thinks he will take the challenge if you post your property to cross your lines...so in a way it is like baiting the fool into his own demise :jointsmile:

Yeah, the day of reckoning is fast approaching since they are trying to use the county to evict you from your own property and living quarters. We will see what happens after the county sees Dex in all his raging glory. If that is not harassment of a medical marijuana patient, I don't know what is. And this is after they signed an agreement not to do this kind of crap. And, add it all on top of animal cruelty baiting a dog, removing its collar, and then firing a shotgun. People with issues indeed. I wonder what they would say if this showed up in the daily newspaper? :wtf:

You are legally, at least around here, to put up tarps to block whatever you want it to block. My neighbors have a bunch up because of our floodlights. Just throw some up, and if he does anything to take them down, that's destruction of property.

My report is, this is solely dealing with mmj in wa. st...I personally have seen this going on with my own eyes...and i am in wa. st....interesting to say the least..and it's all about "IMPAIRING" one's use by intimidation, felony harassment and outrageous conduct. The totality of these circumstances equates to torturous invasion of privacy. just to mention a few.

The court first described three clear restraints in the antiharassment order relating specifically to surveillance: (a) making any attempt to keep the petitioner or his workplace or home [*673] under surveillance; (b) photographing or videotaping persons entering or leaving petitioner's building; and (c) aiding or abetting in any way any person or persons, or acting in concert in any way with any person or persons or acting by proxy (to include Francine Casebeer or June Noah), in doing any of the things which are prohibited to Respondent himself in this court order. Noah, 103 Wn. App. at 40. In discussing these provisions, the court noted that "[p]hotographs and videotapes constitute records of visual surveillance." Id. at 42.
This conduct clearly is consistent with the definition of "to keep a close watch over." Similarly, the court in Burchell concluded that the conduct there met definition of surveillance. Burchell, 74 Wn. App.

For the record, I have spoken with the Executive Manager of the DexOne Corporations Claims department. Their legal department is also aware of this issue. And, I was asked what Dexone wanted me to do to rectify the situation. I told them my wishes, and at this time, they are being acted upon. I was told by this representative, that NO ONE other then Dexone, Inc and its subsidiaries and licensed agents are authorized to use the Image or cutout of Dex in any manner, shape or form.

So, in the famous words of Ricky Ricardo, "Lucy, somebody got some splainin' to do!!!" :D

I don't blame Dex or Dexone, but somebody has to pay for the misuse and negligence in the control of their trademarked instruments. :cool:

Fucking amazing....today since the rain is coming, we covered the garden of medical plants by and for authorized medical patients, and not an hour later, first a plane flew over and circled, and then a helicopter just passed over not fifteen minutes ago. I hope the spying neighbor isn't hoping to collect the $5K reward because they and DexOne are going to be charged with harassment, and filing false complaints with the county to draw attention to what people are trying to do legally while maintaining their privacy. Now, that is gone but look out motherfucker because you aren't going to win this one. :cursing:
