Can you make Your Nugs Bigger?

I heard from some one you can clip part of your bud out and dip it in rooting jell and you can grow your nug, of course you have to clip it like a new clone with the branch and everything. Is this possible?

I believe you are asking about cloning or taking cuttings.

yes, you can take clones or duplicates of your current plant and grow them into complete plants.

It is better to take clones in veg. than it is to take them in flower.

I guess to answer your question of "can you make your nugs bigger", I'd say you can make you clone bigger but if you were to take an actual flowering clone, or a "nug" clone, it would have to be reverted back to veg. growth before the plant would grow into a duplicate of it's mother......

You should try this.

Clone a nug branch late into flower and keep the clone lighting at 12/12. Once, If it roots keep the 12/12 going and see if it keeps growing.
I will try this in a month or so.

this is kinda silly fellas.. think about it, your taking the flower off a plant, removing it from its root structure, and fan leaves.. to try and clone it to make the bud bigger?

how is the bud going to benefit from having to make it's own roots in order to survive instead of spending that energy getting bigger?

even if you got it to root and stay alive.. its still going to flower a certain amount of time then be beyond the point of a typical harvest..

Yes...and the longer in flower the more energy it needs to survive. you can revert it, but you wont create the ultimate bud. sorry:(
