When to Harvest?

I know Zandor posted a detailed "when to harvest" thread in the grow FAQs, but I have a few more questions as I am new to growing.

I've been flowering for about a month and on a few of my plants, many of the hairs are already turning from white to a rusty color. I know this isn't the best indicator of readiness, so I took a microscope to the trichomes and I couldn't tell if they were ready or not. Can someone post pictures of what the trichomes should look like when plants are ready to be harvested.
