Mylar Insulation Board Question

I was at Lowe's today and saw some 3/4" building insulation board that has a mylar/silver reflective coating on some side. Has anyone has any experience using this as a wall covering either in a room or a cabinet??

They have some that is 2 inches thick,too.. I made a whole room with that stuff. :thumbsup:
