Well if your just starting out, not very much probably. Nice little space, you'd have to use clones to SOG that, but its workable if you can get a reflector and make sure u have as much overhead as possible.

you could totally make that work.
1. make sure you have some kind of ventilation system, even if its a super ghetto one.
2. get a nice, healthy clone from somewhere.
3. get a rectangle shaped pot and plant the clone at one end of it. set your light timer for 18/6.
4. once your plant starts to get 6-8 inches tall, start LST'ing toward the opposite end of the rectangle pot: poke a hole in the rim of the pot on the opposite side that the plant is on. loop a string around the stalk of the plant & through the hole you just made. carefully tighten the string & tie it to bend the plant over. don't fuck up and break your plant in half. be careful, bend in increments over a few days if you have to.
5. keep tying down new shoots to keep the canopy all the same height.
6. once the plant is 1/3 of the height of the grow space, switch the lights to 12/12.
7. take care of that shit for 2 months.
8. trim, hang for 1 week.
9. get high as hell.

In order to fill that space with buds under CFL's from a single plant do some reading on LST (Low Stress Training) and SCROG (Screen of Green) style grows.
I am logging a single plant SCROG here, http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-log/190199-scrog-shot-2-a-3.html I am using HPS but if you spread CFL's over the top evenly it would work.

The trouble with floro is the effective light only travels about 6" from the source. So you have to have a LOT of them really close to the plant to get any kind of yield.
Good luck! Welcome to the fun!:rastasmoke:
