Need some help, Couple Questions

Hi I'm new to here and to growing, this is my first grow ever.

I started the plant around the third or second week of may, they were mostly indoors to start but they've been outside since the last week of may.

I've been leaving them outside and watering and such as needed. But I cant really tell the sex, and my cousin said they should be budding/flowering by now? is this true? and why haven't they if it is?

Also I have some other ones growing that I started on July 4th, did I start them to late? and is it to late to grow another, a friend of mine gave me some seed from this really awesome bud he got and I wanna grow it really bad

Man those pics are way to small to see. And you need to just keep them out in the sun as much as possible. They will bud, but not till the darkness gets more then the light. Everyday now the sun is less one minute and when its darker, more then light, they will bud. Tell your cousin he doesnt know what he's talking about. Look at where the branches meet the stems for white small hairs, thats a good thing. If you see balls, its not a good thing.

Use the search above to put in anything you want to know and you will find it. You need to read in here man or your plants could die. j/k

Cant ya just post em on here, cuz im not seeing anything in those pics, i couldn't get them any bigger. But just keep done what your doing if they are healthy your doing something right. You need to read or goggle male/female cannabis pre flowers and you will what the male looks like. When ya find them, kill them or you bud will be seedy.
