This is my first time on my own when it comes to growing.

Your Equipment:
.1) 1 T5 performance fluorescent bulb with standard reflector, and two average fluorescent lights that add more green and red spectrum(really for seedling)
.2) Well the plant got really tall and so its less than 3'' away from the light but it doesn't seem to burn or damage any of the tops.
.3) Reflector only on the T5 light, small wing tip reflector with mirror like polish.
.4) Fan inside the closet moves around the air.
.5) i leave the sliding doors slightly ajar to help air ventilate.
.6) The T5 light is 6400k and the two normal bulbs that i got from home depot that were supposed to be for growing are probably pretty low.

Your medium:
.7) I use root organics soil, it has a ph of 6.5 i think.
.8) 8 quart container
.9) I do not.
Your nutrients and water:
10) Tap water is about 8-9ph i use ph down to get it around 6-7ph.
11) I use ph solution to check a small sample of water.
12) PH down
13) Havn't purchased nutes yet.
14) Every 4-5 days.
15) No addatives.
16) Not too sure about the stability of my ph.
17) Ingoing ph is about 6-7 and outgoing is about 5-6ph so its become more acidic.
18) I spritz with water that has a ph of ~6 no nutes.

Your growroom:
19) Indoors
20) Closet is 8 feet high 12 feet wide and 3 feet deep.
21) Day temp/hum is ~ 78F/ 50% humidity. Night i don't really know.
22) I find a nat flying around once in a while but after extensive searching i found no evidence of parasites.

Your strain:
23) Bag seed, but judging from its growth I'd say it is sativa.
24) Seeds
25) No

I did at one point mix some Miracle grow bloom booster at the beginning of the flowering stage, but i diluted it much more than said instructions and i didnt really see any difference in the plants health. As far as problems I only have 2. It has been on 12/12 cycle for maybe 6-8 weeks and it only has tons of hairs, no buds but tons of hairs with thc covering them, the leaves on the top have a little crystals on them too. The hairs are weighing down some of the weaker branches but nothing that looks unhealthy. The only negative sympton is yellow speckles on the edge of the fan leaves. It is only on 2 or 3 fan leaves though so it isn't spreading throughout the whole plant. When i touch them they seem dry and brittle. The veins are green but the areas around them are stained yellow. I tried a flush and it has not changed. Oh and lastly some of the newer/ middle aged leaves only have 5 or 3 leaves very few have fully developed 7 but there are some. The plant is a tall wirey kind of plant with large stretches of stem in between the hairs and fan leaves. Looking for suggestions and hoping for some good news xD. Thx for everthing in advance.

Nothing can be done for this plant at this stage in flowering,.... On your next grow you need to add more light.

A friend asked me today what she would need to grow her currently outdoor plant inside this winter and showed me the space,... I told her 16, 27w CFL's and some reflective would light that 2x3x8' cubby nicely, tho she might need some side lights if she wants to grow trees. She about passed out, then I told her about the 400w HPS that I'm using to light about the same size space, and that I have to wear shades when I'm in the room...... That's the kind of light intensity and saturation you need.

Everything else seems ok to me, but there's plenty of more experienced growers on here that could point out other issues.

I mean there has to be something i can/ should do. I dont have any more reliable seeds, is there a way to clone another female off of this plant and use a more powerful light? Should i harvest now if its not going to get any better ?
Still lots of questions, and sorry you cant do anything is not the answer i was looking for xD. Somebody give me some advice on what my best course of action would be.

Ya gotta feed 'em to make 'em perform. (nutrients and light)

Most MG products dilution rates are for a 10 day to 2 week schedule. If your's is a sativa dom, start with a 1/4 dose, and about 4-5 days later do the same. Watch for results. Once acclimated to the nutrients, increase 1/2 dose. I'd consider the label directions as being for a two week period, but I'd cut it in half, and give that 1/2 dose weekly. (rather than slamming a 2 week dose down their throats) Keep your eyes peeled for a good deal on quality, easier to use nutrients. MG works fine, but to some of us 'fine' isn't quite good enough.

When was the last time you flushed their medium?

Adding a few CFL's would be a benefit. The larger the plant, the more power (light) they need to finish.

Ph swings cause plant stress. Keep your ingoing water at 6.9 and you should be fine. Especially when using nutrients which tend to lower it more anyway. If using those color coded test kits, I'd properly ph your water, than add the nutrients. A tinted liquid gives skewed (unreliable) ph results. If this is how you determined your runoff ph, you are likely chasing an invalid runoff ph number.

Let us know if anything changes. Some sativa doms are slow finishers, so be patient.

Well I flushed 2 weeks ago with 1 gallon that had a ph of a bout 6 (using the liquid test) cant afford a electric tester. I had some MG in their at about half concentration, but i figured with all that water most of it would just flush right out anyway. How much are compact CFL's and my biggest question is when should i expect to harvest. The top has very dense hairs that are covered in calyx's but it doesnt have that bud that gives it density, i imagine if i dried it now it would be extremely fluffy, and i imagine the hairs would shrink alot without water. I know it wont be the densest bud nor will it have the highest yield but it should still be fine to toke on right o.o?

Proper ph range is between 6.3 and 6.8 for peat based mediums.

How much are compact CFL's
Check online, or Walmart has 'em for cheap. Get the correct bulbs for the job.

and my biggest question is when should i expect to harvest.
Jump that hurdle if/when you reach it. Take care of 'em now, and likely you can have a decent result. If all you are going to do is starve them and mistreat 'em, may as well harvest now. They won't improve much without proper care.

The top has very dense hairs that are covered in calyx's
The calyx holds the gamete, whech becomes the embryo (seed) once pollinated. Sticking out of the calyx are a couple of sticky tubes called pistils. (hairs) They catch the pollen, and deliver it to the gamete inside the calyx. They are often damaged by weather and handling, but are replaced by fresh ones.

Do you know what the trichomes are and how to determine plant maturity using them as an indicator?

Yield at this point would be disappointing to say the least. You've got all this time and effort into 'em already...take care of what you've got, and that disappointment might dissipate. Right now, likely your meds will taste like freshly mown grass.
