How much longer will it be until we have a national medical cannabis program?

It looks like this latest crack in the federal stance might just be the momentum we have been looking for!

I don't think it will happen.....they stopped the federal MMJ program long ago,and are just waiting for the remaining patients on it to die so they won't have to send them cannabis any more.

I would be happy if they just leave it to the states to do it........forcing states to do it would not go well.
