1st time grow

started indoors but had a poor setup and my basement holds too much moisture.
Was indoors on 20/4 until 17 days old.
Moved to outside 16/8. It is 24 days old today
Anybody know if these little white things are a clue?
Was the change in photoperiod enough to trigger flowering?
Plant has tripled in height since being moved outside
Any help is appriciated

yeah those are pistils at least you know its a female, and i'm not sure, but im pretty sure you made it start flowering by changing the light hours.
