If your willing to take the trip down to Oakland, I would go to Harborside Health Center. It is the best Cannabis Club in the country. It is a little bit pricey, but you are guarenteed to get the best quality Cannabis in Northern California.

They charge $12.00 + Tax for their clones of all strains. Last time I went in, they had some White Widow, UK Cheese, OG Kush, Green Crack, Querkle, Sour Diesel, Purple Kush, Headband, Grandaddy Purple, Blue Dream, and at least 10 other strains. They carry a strain guide binder that is equipped with all the info you will need on the strains. Genetics, flowering time, THC content, ext.

Thankyou Discobayish, Good info I too have heard good things about Harborside. However do you know how much they are paying vendors for their clones or the average price around the bay area?

I am not sure about what prices they offer to vendors at Harborside, I usually take mine to the Cannabis Farmers Market in San Francisco to avoid all of Harborside's heavy taxations. It's on Saturdays at Jelly's. I charge $10 a cutting for clones, and sell $45 1/8ths and almost always sell out. It's usually some Green Crack or White Widow with some occasional GDP and OG Kush.

A complete bust: What began as an open-air farmers market for medical marijuana at a San Francisco bar has turned into a complete bust after the owner revoked the organizer??s contract Friday morning. (AP file photo)

What began as an open-air farmers market for medical marijuana at a San Francisco bar has turned into a complete bust after the owner revoked the organizer??s contract Friday morning.

Ricci Cornell, who co-owns an outdoor bar and grill near AT&T Park named Jelly??s, said she was deceived by a medical marijuana patient, Angelic Cisneros, who said she was booking a party for her birthday at the venue.

Cisneros passed out flyers promoting an 18-years-old and above event that would bring together pot farmers from around the Bay Area. After some media attention, Cisneros promised that there would be no sales of the drug, but Cornell wasn??t buying it.

??The first thing I did this morning is call her and said there??s no way,? Cornell said Friday.

Cornell said the contract explicitly stated that marijuana sales were not allowed at the venue and that attendees had to be over 21 years of age. The media attention also attracted some attention from regulators such as Alcoholic Beverage Control, San Francisco Police and the Entertainment Commission.

Not only was Cornell ??appalled and outraged? by the potential breach of contract, but she said Cisneros has done a disservice to legitimate medical cannabis users after receiving calls from patients Friday morning who didn??t know what to expect.

??One man called me this morning and said that medical marijuana is the only thing that relieves his back pain,? she said. ??I could certainly understand his position, and I felt very bad.?

VENDING WITH HARBORSIDE

Here are some requirements for vending with us:
Please bring at least one full pound (454 grams) of flowers and/or 50 grams of concentrate with you on your first visit.
We work on a net terms basis to allow for lab testing with flowers and kief. At the time of purchase a firm payment date will be set, which is usually around 7-14 days from purchase. This payment date may sometimes be longer however, as testing dictates. You will be paid on your established payment date, whether your medicine has been sold or not.
Every flower and concentrate that we purchase is laboratory tested for THC, CBD, and CBN quantification, as well as for the presence of pathogenic molds. These results will be available to you when you come back to pick up the payment for your medicine.
All sales are contigent on mold test results. This means that if your medicine tests positive for pathogenic molds we must return it to you. This is only approximately 2% - 4% of our purchases.
Harborside has the highest standards for medicinal cannabis; please do not be discouraged if you do not sell us your medicine the first time. Many people try several times before succeeding, please keep coming back.

What are we looking for?

As a purchasing department in an ever-changing market, we choose not to suggest to the vendors what to grow. By the time you get the genetics, flower, cut, and cure, you may be looking at a very different market.

We are always looking for pure sativas, high grade indoor medicine, exotics (Thai, Cambodian, African, etc.), purples that are actually and thoroughly purple, high grade Kush, Sour Diesel, Chem Dawg, Strawberry Cough, Haze and the like.

Trim as tightly as possible, our patients like naked flowers. Pull out smaller buds and grade the pounds. Flowers smaller than a dime or a nickel should be pulled out, along with any not fully developed flowers. You will get more money per pound if these two rules are followed. We do purchase the smaller flowers separately for half of the price of the larger flowers.

Pricing:

Our pricing on the medicine we receive is based largely on the bag appeal of the medicine grown. This includes the visual appeal of the flowers as well as the quality of the nose/smell.
For indoor medicine you can expect $3,000 - $4,000 per pound.
We do buy outdoor medicine, but it must be very high quality outdoor, or one of the exotic strains. We do not sell as much outdoor medicine; therefore we do not buy as much.
For outdoor medicine you can expect $1,500 - $3,200 per pound.
Cold water concentrates range from $5 - $17.50 per gram, depending on the quality of the melt when touched with a flame.

What is Clean Green Certification?

Clean Green and Best Practices Certification is a garden inspection program. As an advisor, with over 40 years experience in agriculture, and a USDA "Organic" Certifier Chris Van Hook, founded the Clean Green Certification Program.

Clean Green is an alternative to the USDA's exclusion of medical cannabis growers from participating in the USDA "Organic" Certification Program. As a licensed California attorney, Chris follows procedures to ensure confidentiality of information provided to the purpose of Certification, even from law enforcement.

Medical cannabis patients now have the benefit of an independent, third party certification that the cannabis was grown, processed, handled, stored, transported, packaged, labeled, and distributed using standards and procedures that comply with national and international guidelines for organic and sustainable farming.

Like the USDA "Organic" Certification Program, Clean Green Certification includes both the growers and the collectives/cooperatives/dispensaries that distribute products labeled "Clean Green Certified." Certification includes both the grower and the distributor.

Please contact Chris Van Hook at (707) 464-6913 or by email at [email protected] for more information.

What is Best Practices Certification?

Best Practices Certification is run with the same protocols of the Clean Green Program. The only difference between the two programs is the following: the Best Practices Certification Program does allow the limited use of synthetic fertilizers and inputs in a limited and responsible manner.

Please contact Chris Van Hook at (707) 464-6913 or by email at [email protected] for more information.

Vendor Safety Tips:

As we all know, Vendors are the "life blood" of not only Harborside, but of all dispensaries. As such, Vendor safety is and has always been a top priority of the Harborside Safety Staff. Your arrival and departure to Harborside is always carefully monitored, not only personally by safety staff members, but by CCTV cameras.

To further our efforts to ensure your safety, we ask that you follow these basic safety procedures:

DO NOT make any stops while driving to or from Harborside
Be alert, not only as you leave Harborside, but as you arrive as well
Immediately report any suspicious activities to a member of our safety staff, including vehicles, or persons you feel may be a threat
Keep all valuables in your vehicle out of sight, in the trunk or in a lock box if in a pick-up truck in order to hide it from prying eyes
Bring a friend or partner with you whenever possible
If you feel you are being followed after leaving Harborside, if it's possible, return to Harborside and report it to a safety staff member
If at any time you feel your safety is in jeopardy, or you are certain that you are being followed, you should consider calling 911
By following these simple steps, together we can dramatically reduce or prevent most incidents involving the theft of cash or medicine from our valued Vendors and friends.

All suspicious activities should be reported directly to the Harborside Safety Manager.

Be safe,
The Harborside Safety Staff

who want to screw me out of $2.00 on a clone. Most of the outdoor kids we have, will produce 3-4 full sized pieces, and I'm hoping that most of us passed the 4th grade and can figure out what that's worth verse getting 8-10oz !!!! (LOL!)

We only sell pest and disease free kids whereas most people that advertise on CL sell whatever they can.

If you have mites at any time of your production cycle you can expect to lose @75% of your harvestible crop. It's a plain and simple well documented fact.

Buy from a reputible source and ask if you can see their cloning operation as that will tell you alot about how they run their operation. If it's a mess then pass and move along to someone who has their operation together.
