Interesting little Experiment done a few years ago, 1,300 help wanted adds were replied to, some with African American sounding names on the applications, some with Caucasian sounding names, what do you think happened?

and a little bonus article, do you think how much melanin a person has should weigh on a job applicants ability to find a job? Some Employers apparently do :mad:
