the temps in my room range anywhere from 80F-86F
Is there any way i can bring the temps down cheaply?
i have pretty decent ventilation and a fan going in there but it seems like the temps go up when the fans blowing on the plants(also where the hygrometer is located)
Any cheap quick fixes?

Cannabis is very adaptable to heat. I don't run my a/c all night, so temps will dip down into the 85 range overnight. (85 is about as low as my growroom gets during the summer)

Check the 'Dealing with heat issues' thread in my signature. It should help.
I just came in from my outdoor flowering shed which is at 92 degrees already. (5:40 am) Personally...I don't even get nervous until my ambient growroom temps reach 100, which happens often here in the desert. There are a couple of tips in the thread that will likely help you through the rough spots, but 80-86 isn't that bad. My case is rather extreme, and was born out of necessity, but if I can do it you can too. (with a little practice and common sense)

Is it possible to grow killer buds in the heat...? Yup.
Is it optimal...? For most growers...nope. For me...Yup. Has to be, as I have no other choices.

I get much more nervous during the winter. At least during the summer if we have a power outage, the lights (heat source) shut off. In the winter power outages, the heater goes out. (cannabis hates the cold)
