Back Yard/ Bag Seed Grow.. Advice Welcome

This is my first back yard grow. i got 1 nirvana Ice Fem seed But its kind of growing really slow. my other plant which is almost 3ft is a bag seed...but here is some pics of them.. any advice or comments is welcome thankx ill update with pics!! :stoned:

Here are some pictures of them..let me know what you guys think...i use maxi-grow for nutrients ive used it before and its done me good but if anyone has any advice about other nutrients please share.
