No daylight savings !?!?

okay so im located in ecuador just moved out here decided i wanted to grow. i have some plants in the ground about a week old theyre all doing fine but i just realized that there is NO day light savings in this country and if im correct i thought plants would flower once times change and it gets more or less sunlight. I get a hella lot of sun out here for my plants and i havent started putting nutes in them yet either. Any ideas when i should start giving them nutes?
When will my plants start flowering if i dont have a time change out here???
