Yes but it will be less tasty than leaf or bud.

I use stems to make a killer topical, where taste is less important.

i had like 4g of them the other day and i got a buz from licking the spoon i swear.

get a big pot put water in it and get sum mason jars and mix the weed/butter in the jars:thumbsup:

Far as I know, stems are best for green dragon, or drinks where alcohol is the soluble. Less potent/quantity with stems, but if you only have one plant, or bought a bunch of weed full of stems, you do wanna get the most out of it.
