My boyfriend just moved to Oregon from back east. He has been a smoker for over 15 years and cannot eat or sleep without it. We have had no luck getting him a medical card. We have looked at MAMA and thc-foundation and nothing has worked yet. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to turn? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
