should I go with a 1000 watt hps or 600 watt hps?

I have seven plants that are ready for flowering stage would you recommend 1000 or 600 watt hps for 7 plants in 5 gallon buckets?

either or both 600 watt would be plenty a 1000 watt would improve fruit but both will do the job so its really about the grow room size
