First grow and BIG problems. =/

I just re-potted into a 5 gal.
Its been a lil over 3 months and my plant has not really grown. Just about 2 ft give or take a couple inches.
The soil is from home depot and i've added egg shells and coffee grounds. No other nuts as of yet.
It just started to get really bad burned leaves. As seen in the pics below. Also little holes in the leaves that start out as tiny black spots. I've sprayed w/ bug/insect spray, seems to have helped a bit, but not much.

Any suggestions?

I just seen in a few other posts that I should fill out a "trouble shooters form"
anyone know where I can find this?

looks like either a cal or mag deficency. also since u say u havnt given any nutes could be a nitrogen deficency. is the growth stunted? or is the top growing while the bottem fan leaves die?

The top is growing, just the first set of bottom leaves have died off. Dont get me wrong, it IS growing, just very slowly from what I've been told.
