ah man those are just the inter nodes growing in i think this means your plants are close to being sexually mature soon after you will be able to tell if its male or female

That just shows that the plant CAN flower, seeing as that is outside, I can't really tell when your plant will begin to flower and show sex, but you can look it up at Monthly Sunrise Sunset Calendar (http://www.sunrisesunset.com/custom_srss_calendar.asp). Should give you a good idea. Just look for when the sunset/rise are the same(or around) times.
