plant problems

my plant has stunted growth and the leaves come in looking good and soon get white spots on them and get worse as they age.


H=aeroponics
C=hydroton
aero 20 with foggers



indoors




keep ph at 5.8
tap water with ph of 8.5

ppm 110 source water
almost a year old has been growing slowly for a while
foxfarm
300ppm of fert
led lights
75 degree room temp
68 degree res temp used to be very hot but now i have it undercontrol

24 hours of light
not much for ventilaton fan blowing into the room

that is the worst case of spider mites i have seen...HOT SHOT NO PEST STRIP....get about 2 or 3 and place them in your room amongst your plants and get some fans to move the air...it will take sbout 2 weeks to get them under control

i was thinking some kind of bugs. i have been using organicide a pesticide y hasn't this been working?
