In two months your plant should be at least a foot and a half tall. Your pot may be too small, or you are using crappy soil, or many other mistakes, or combinations of those problems.

Time to dive into the archives. Get in there and start reading. The answers are there waiting for you.

Good Luck.

is a plant that is 1-1.5 ft tall enough to produce a good yield? im growing my own and my plant is about that height and its producing leaves and pistils at the nodes, but i dont know if this is flowering or veg, or both at the same time? can that happen?

A plant of 1.5 ft should yield @ 20 gms give or take. What your plant is doing at the stage you describe is called pre-flowering. It is normal and can go on for quite a while. When the days start to get short the plant will slow down and start to bud.

My definition of a good yield is a lb a plant. Anything less is a waste of space, work, effort, and the entire season.

how tall would a plant have to be to yield a pound?
